A small tool for a careful update
Update prices.
Keep your catalog intact.
Compare your Shopify export with a new selling-price list. Match exact SKUs, review the differences, and change only the prices you approve.
Your catalog + the new prices
You decide what changes
A full CSV, with approved prices
Start with two CSV files.
Use a fresh Shopify product export and a supplier list containing your new selling prices.
Check your columns.
Match SKU to SKU, and selling price to selling price.
Use selling prices in your store’s currency.
No currency conversion or markup is applied.
Case and leading zeros are preserved. Surrounding SKU spaces are ignored and flagged.
Every change, in plain sight.
A little clarity before you import.
Choose two files to see price changes, exact matches,
and anything that needs a second look.
| Approve | Product / SKU | Current | New | Difference | Review |

0 prices approved. You’re in control.
Approve a change above to prepare your updated CSV.
Before you import: keep a backup, use a fresh export, and test a small update in Shopify. Downloading a CSV does not update your store.
Your catalog stays yours.
Only selected price cells change. Original columns, products, and other values stay in the export.
Uncertainty gets flagged.
Duplicates, invalid prices, and unmatched SKUs are called out, so a guess never becomes a price.
Private by design.
